Advocare Herbal Cleanse - Day 10

 

Breakfast: Advocare Fiber Drink + probiotic + catalyst & a Fruit Smoothie: strawberries, banana, blueberries, spinach, Greek yogurt, coconut water and ice.

Lunch: left over stuffed zucchini with a side of carrots, celery, hummus and crystal light tea



Snack: Advocare Spark!

Dinner: Turkey soft tacos with guacamole

 

Cleanse...

I made a batch of Corn Chowder soup with My Dad's corn & a batch of sweet & spicy nuts = both turned out pretty good. I will post the soup recipe here soon.
